One can imagine life at a business school to be one that’s hectic and inundated with several deadlines to meet. We believe that more than quantity it’s the quality of time spent that makes all the difference. Instead of only long grueling classroom sessions, we believe in engaging students in activities that can lead to their development as human beings and shape their overall personality too.
While corporates don’t face any dearth of great managers, what they struggle to find at times are great leaders who are great at people management and have well rounded personalities. A marketing leader especially apart from being sound in his marketing theories needs to be an excellent people’s person. He/she also needs to have a keen sense of several other fields such as art, music, cinema, literature etc to have an edge in his/her sphere. While classroom sessions and live corporate projects sharpen the students’ technical skills, several other unique initiatives aim to shape students’ soft skills and develop other aspects of their personality to create leaders of tomorrow.
These unique initiatives also lighten the atmosphere and refresh the students after a hectic day of work. These initiatives thrive in the form of clubs that students can join as per their passion.
